The Bollywood spy thriller Dhurandhar may be banned across key Gulf countries, but that hasn’t stopped one Bahrain-based rapper Flipperachi from expressing his strong desire to watch the film. Dhurandhar’s track ‘FA9LA,’ created by rapper Flipperachi, recently went viral on social media, with Akshaye Khanna’s dance in the sequence becoming a major talking point among fans ‘FA9LA’ artist Flipperachi..

Despite the song’s popularity, Flipperachi has yet to see the film himself — a result of the movie’s ban in several Middle Eastern nations, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Speaking to NDTV about the situation, the rapper said, “Well, I would like to watch the movie, to be honest. It’s an interesting film, and I’d like to see it because I’m a big fan of Akshaye Khanna. We know that he is a seasoned actor and a celebrity. Back in the day, we used to watch many of the films he did. ”
Flipperachi further shared his admiration for both Khanna and Ranveer Singh, who headline the film. “It would be nice to see a comeback for him. It would also be great to see Ranveer Singh. These actors have such strong acting and artistic skills that they make you want to watch them and see how they perform. The film is interesting, and I want to see it. ”

The ban on Dhurandhar in Gulf regions is reportedly linked to concerns over the film’s perceived anti-Pakistan narrative, a sensitive subject in countries with close cultural and political ties to Pakistan.
